You Apply to Host

Fill out the short application at the bottom of this page. Tell us about your community, your location, and when you'd like to host. Donna reviews every application personally.

Donna Has a Quick Conversation With You

A short call to confirm your setup, agree on a date, and answer any questions. We want to make sure every session is set up for success.

You Receive Your Promotional Toolkit

We send you social media captions, graphics, email templates, and a one-page host overview. Everything is ready to post and share. You customize nothing. We do it for you.

You Promote to Your Community

Share the event using the materials we provided. Participants register directly through the Rising and Thriving platform. No tickets to manage, no payment processing on your end.

Donna Facilitates the Full 6-Hour Session

You show up, welcome your community, and then step back. Donna runs the entire intensive from start to finish. Your role on the day of the event is to be present and supportive.

You Receive Your Payment

Within 7 business days after the event, you receive $176 for every paid participant registered through your event. Payment is sent directly to you. If you traveled to host, qualifying travel expenses may be covered.

Responsibilities

What You Handle vs. What We Handle

The split is intentionally simple. You focus on your community. We focus on the content and delivery.

You Handle

  • Finding a suitable space with reliable WiFi and enough seating
  • Inviting and promoting to your community using our materials
  • Being present and welcoming on the day of the event
  • Sharing feedback after the session so we can improve

We Handle

  • All curriculum, content, and session delivery
  • Registration, payment processing, and participant communication
  • All promotional materials, graphics, and email templates
  • Technical support, Google Sheets setup, and session logistics
  • Post-session follow-up and community onboarding for participants
You do NOT need to know anything about finance.

Your role is to open the door. Donna walks through it. No financial background, certifications, or expertise is required or expected from you at any point. Hosts are coaches, community leaders, business owners, and friends of Donna. What they all have in common is a network that trusts them.

Compensation

How You Get Paid

Participants pay $1,500 to attend the Money Mastery Intensive. Host compensation is $176 per paid participant registered through your event. Public host earnings examples are based on live events with 7 to 13 participants.

Participants Pay Us

Participants register and pay through the Rising and Thriving platform. You never collect money, handle invoices, or process payments.

$176 Per Paid Participant

For every paid participant registered through your event, you earn $176. A 10-person event earns you $1,760. A 13-person event earns you $2,288. Host compensation is calculated from the approved system portion of the event pricing and not from the full participant price.

Paid Within 7 Business Days

After the event concludes, we process your payment. You receive it within 7 business days. No chasing invoices.

If your venue has a cost, bring that up during your intake call and we can discuss how to make sure your event is profitable even after covering the space.

Hosts who earn $600 or more in a calendar year will receive a 1099 form in January. Please consult a tax professional if you have questions about reporting income.

If you do not already own the Money Mastery System, approved hosts receive a 50% host discount on their own system purchase.

Not at all. Donna facilitates the entire session. You are there to welcome your community and be a supportive presence in the room. No financial knowledge, certifications, or credentials are required or expected.

No. There are no fees, deposits, or upfront costs. You do not pay anything to host. Participants pay through the Rising and Thriving platform. Your investment is your time and your community.

You need a space that can comfortably seat your group, with reliable WiFi that can support all participants being online simultaneously. This can be a conference room, a studio, a community center, a home with a large open space, or a coworking facility. We can discuss options during your intake call.

Live events run a minimum of 7 paid participants and a maximum of 13. We keep sessions small intentionally. Donna gives real-time attention to every paid participant, and that requires a manageable group size.

If your event requires a paid venue, bring that up during your intake call. We can discuss how to make sure the event is still profitable for you. Many hosts use spaces they already have access to at no additional cost, such as a studio, office, or community room.

Host compensation is based on paid participants registered through your event. A 7-person event earns the host $1,232. A 10-person event earns the host $1,760. A 13-person event earns the host $2,288. We provide promotional materials to help you maximize registrations, but final attendance is up to your community.

Yes. There is no limit. Many of our hosts run multiple sessions per year. Once you've hosted your first session and it went well, scheduling additional dates is straightforward. Some hosts run one session per quarter.

Yes. Many hosts participate alongside their community. Bring your laptop, your accounts, and your questions. You'll get the full experience and your participants will appreciate you being in it with them. If you do not already own the Money Mastery System, approved hosts receive a 50% host discount on their own system purchase.

Donna reviews every application personally. You can expect to hear back within 3 to 5 business days. If your application looks like a strong fit, she'll reach out to schedule a brief call.

Currently, sessions are only available within the United States. The financial system is built specifically around US-based income, banking, and tax structures. We hope to expand in the future.

Participants need a laptop (not a tablet or phone), a Gmail account, access to their bank accounts, and their most recent pay stub or income records. This information is shared with everyone who registers. You do not need to collect it yourself.
